Logistics

  • Load-In: Join us event day between 7:30–9:30 AM. (The festival opens to the public at 10:00 AM).

  • Finding Your Spot: Your 10×10 space is marked by a pink surveyor’s flag, which indicates the center of your booth.

  • Parking: After you’ve dropped off your gear, please head to Lot A (south of the baseball field) to park for the day.

  • Load-Out: We ask that you stay open until the festival winds down around 5:00 PM.

  • Payment: We’ll keep it simple. A festival volunteer will swing by your booth between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to collect your fee via cash (preferred) or Square.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I load in the night before?
Yes, you are welcome to load in on Friday night at your own risk. Please note that we cannot provide overnight security for your belongings.

How do I get on the vendor list for next year?
The best way to stay in the loop is to fill out our vendor application. Even if you’re just planning for the future, we’ll add you to our mailing list so you get the first word on next year’s festival.

Who is invited to vend?
We prioritize businesses and organizations located within the Yuba Foothills. All vendors must complete the application process and hold the necessary permits to vend.
